Introduction
IZI travel is a multinational company founded in June 2011. They develop the storytelling platform providing different heritage institutions with a free, open mobile audio guide technology, which and makes exploring museums and cities more inspiring and enriching for visitors and travelers.
Working process
I have worked as a product designer for the company. I have participated the UX team, and together we organized a research work on a traveler's experience of visiting museums and cities using interviews and usability testings. As a result, we have redesigned the website, and content management system and Android and Windows phone apps.

Website
The website was created as a point transition. The goal was to involve museums into the content management system, and visitors into the mobile app.

Content Management
System

The important part of the project is the CMS. Since museums have to be updated with basic or temporary exhibitions, with an enormous amount of audio stories and pictures, we wanted to make this as simple CMS that would allow modifying all content visually.
The gallery

When a user works with an exhibition content, is displayed an audio guide of the exhibition as a story in linear mapping with an opportunity to add navigation for visitors.
Hotpost

We have also created a visual drag and drop tool to make a logical order, and added the "Add" button next to each story point for upload new exhibit or navigation..
