14-day right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the object.

You do not need to provide a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to frolamics@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the object

After notifying me of your decision to withdraw, the object should be sent back without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the object unless the return results from a defect, damage, incorrect item or another circumstance for which the seller is responsible.

Because ceramics are fragile, please reuse the original protective packaging whenever possible.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

A refund may be withheld until the returned object has been received or evidence of its return has been provided, where permitted by law.

Condition of returned objects

You may inspect an object as you would reasonably inspect it before purchasing it in person.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and condition of the object.

Custom or personalised work

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to objects made specifically to your order or clearly personalised for you.

A ready-made one-of-a-kind Small Things object is not treated as personalised merely because it is unique.

Faulty or non-conforming objects

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this returns policy.

Handmade variations, firing marks and surface characteristics that are visible, described or inherent to the individual object are not by themselves defects.
