Shipping

Small Things are unique ceramic objects packed individually in Lisbon, Portugal.

Shipping costs are calculated individually according to the destination, parcel size and weight.

After receiving your enquiry, I will normally reply within 24 hours with the shipping cost and available payment options.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes approximately 7–14 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures or circumstances outside my control.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Packaging

Each ceramic object is packed individually and carefully for transport.

Please keep the original packaging until you have inspected the object after delivery.

International orders

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.

These charges are not included in the object price or shipping quotation and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at frolamics@gmail.com and include photographs of the object, packaging and shipping box.
